i watched this with the sister:


a wondrously happy musical with good ol abba music and ppl breaking out in song every 5 minutes of dialogue. oh, and funny dance routines like a line of guys with flippers on a jetty... pierce brosnan is still incredibly dapper at his age, a bunch of old guys in hippie, sequined tights dancing and singing to abba is superbly hilarious... and the greek islands where the movie was filmed is breathtaking... can i go there someday? with it's sparkling blue waters and quaint housese precariously built on rocks?




met up with alex. finally after attempting for 3 weeks. she is still incredibly lame and cracks me up. and we both like mushrooms.. ;)


i woke up early on the only day i get to sleep in to send my dog to the vet. and came home to do a whole bunch of housework cos the insiduously disciplined side of me won't let the house go to the wastelands cos my mum's out of town. then i battled my dog as i applied his medication and forced fed him his meds with a syringe. and now, even on a day when i don't have work, i'm exhuasted.





saturday nights are the worse nights to stay home. seriously. there's nothing to do, nothing to watch on the telly. and all these while you know that other ppl are out having fun. cos it's sat night. it's what ppl do.





meanwhile, the past 2 weekends of hanging out with the guys have brought back memories of the good ol days...


*i visited the library that day. after not having stepped in for god knows how long. i secretly find a quiet place filled with rows and rows of shelves laden with books therapeutic. reading books make me feel like myself again. you know when i watched beauty & the beast and i saw the huge ass library in the castle, i longed to live in a house with that library. haha. i'm a crazy geek deep down.
