so yesterday i decided to go for a run... god knows how long it's been. a century?
so i ran to dairy farm and back. and i made it in 16 minutes. i'd say i've still got it eh? (hah, this is me gloating) after a couple of huffs and puffs (i swear i sound like a fat hippo running), i hit this sweet spot where i can go on and on. and i didn't stop. lol. now my glutes are freaking screaming in pain.


and Cats the musical got me thinking about andrew lloyd webber's "memory". and it brings back memories of the time i performed it in school and how i had the entire score memorised like the back of my hand.




my grand-aunt has passed on after a long bout of illness and suffering. i think i might be out of town over the weekend.
